Dr. Natasha Monterey is a naturopathic doctor with a passion for helping patients feel truly seen, heard, and understood — whether they’re navigating hormone changes, fertility challenges, thyroid issues, digestive health, or looking for thoughtful care for their child’s chronic eczema, ADHD, or developmental concerns.
Her personal experiences have deeply shaped the way she cares for patients. She is a mom to four boys, three on earth and one in the sky, and her life has included infertility, IVF, child loss, autoimmune issues, divorce, grief, trauma, and plenty of rebuilding. Those experiences taught her how interconnected emotional and physical health truly are, and they gave her a deep sense of empathy for people navigating difficult seasons of life. She knows firsthand that healing is rarely linear and that people don’t need perfection — they need support, compassion, and someone willing to walk alongside them.

She loves treating the whole family. In adults, her practice focuses on hormone health, thyroid disease, fertility, perimenopause and menopause, digestive health, metabolic health, and anxiety and depression. She empathizes with patients who feel frustrated by symptoms like fatigue, weight changes, brain fog, anxiety, digestive issues, or hormone imbalances and are looking for a provider who will take the time to look deeper and connect the dots. She also loves seeing pediatric patients, everything from well visits and sick visits to chronic issues like eczema, constipation, ADHD, and other neurodevelopmental disorders.
What makes her approach unique is her ability to truly blend naturopathic and conventional medicine in a practical, personalized way. She believes the best medicine doesn’t have to be ‘natural versus conventional.’ Instead, she combines nutrition, lifestyle medicine, supplements, nervous system support, and root-cause therapies alongside lab testing, prescription medications, bioidentical hormones, thyroid medications, and other conventional tools when appropriate. Her goal is always to create realistic treatment plans that fit into patients’ actual lives and help them feel better in a sustainable way.
Outside of medicine, her life is filled with sports schedules, coffee, loud dinners, and the beautiful chaos of raising boys. She loves being active and is a huge soccer fan. She has an adorable golden retriever who chases after her boys with her and joins her at the park. She feels incredibly grateful to do work that allows her to combine science, connection, and compassion while helping patients create healthier, more vibrant lives.
